1. Service Description

achilles9.com provides personal AI infrastructure services operated by Derek Clapham. The service acts as a personal AI assistant that can read, compose, and manage email, calendar, and files across authorised Google accounts. This is a personal, non-commercial service operated from a private residence in Sydney, Australia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

3. Eligibility

This service is provided for personal use only. You must be an authorised user with valid Google OAuth credentials to access the service. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Authorisation and Access

When you grant authorisation via Google OAuth 2.0, you grant the service permission to:

• Read, compose, send, and manage your email messages
• Read and manage your calendar events
• Read, upload, download, and manage your Google Drive files
• Access basic account information for identification purposes

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your Google account credentials
• Not use the service to send spam, harass others, or engage in unlawful activity
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the infrastructure

6. Limitations of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, Derek Clapham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), goods and services provided come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Data Handling and Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. The service uses and transfers to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
